NEW YORK CITY

Three days in New York. Great runs from Pier 88 along the Hudson River on the cycle path south down to Battery Park-6kms out and back. 11kms out and back north along the cycle path-great weather on Saturday-great facility for joggers and cyclists.

CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA, USA

Three days here in Charleston. Great town, great history, great jogging. Designated jogging/cycling path over the Cooper River on the Arthur Ravenel Bridge. Two runs 10km and 12 km out and back from the Cruise terminal over the bridge and back.

FORT LAUDERDALE, USA AND NASSAU, BAHAMAS

Three days in Fort Lauderdale. 2 great runs from Port Everglades along Fort Lauderdale beach 10kms out and back. Humid conditions. Then on to Nassau, Bahamas and a early morning 8km from the port. Great scenery.

KEY WEST, FLORIDA, USA

Two days in Key West. Great weather-two great runs; 10kms out and back from Mallory Dock along Whitehead St. to Higgs beach and then along South Roosevelt to Smathers Beach. The next day around the island along North Roosevelt and then South Roosevelt back to the port-15kms. Very toasty.

GRAND TURK, TURKS AND CAICOS

Two great runs, 10km and 12km, out and back from the Cruise ship terminal on this great island. Nice and toasty, great scenery.

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO

Arriving in San Juan on 8th April, went for a short 7km through town from the harbour to the north coast road. Traffic issues, but apart from that, great scenery, nice town.

ST CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS

On 7th April had a great 10km out and back from the harbour at Fredericksted north along the coast road. Beautiful scenery, hot and humid, wonderful island.

ST.BARTHELEMY

Arrived in St.Barts from vacation in Cape Town on April 1st. Had a great out and back 12km along a beautiful hilly coastal road from the port in Gustavia past the airport in the direction

of Lorient. Great place, nice and hot.
