KEY WEST, FLORIDA
Two days here in laid back Key West. A great early morning run around the island clockwise from the cruise ship pier. Beautiful weather, great scenery, almost 16km around the route I took. Later the same day, another 10km past the Southernmost Point of the Continental USA to the beaches and back. Great place.

MIAMI, FLORIDA
After a few days in West Palm Beach, Florida, we spent three days here in Miami, Florida. Three great 10km out and back from the Port of Miami along the Venetian Causeway towards Miami Beach. Great weather, nice and warm-great place for jogging, nice quiet road once you get to the Venetian Causeway. Next stop, Key West, Florida.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS
Leaving New York after only one day there, we sailed south to avoid another storm arriving. Three days at sea to Nassau, Bahamas and a three day stay there. Two nice 10km runs out from the port in the direction of Cable Beach-nice warm weather, lots of traffic. One 6km out to Atlantis on Paradise Island. Four cruise ships there with us each day, so quite busy in town and on the road.

NEW YORK
After taking a trip from Bermuda to Halifax to avoid Hurricane Sandy, we went into a holding pattern in Boston until things returned to normal in New York, and then spent one day there. A little chilly, but clear skies and a great 10km down the cycle path from Pier 88 on 46th St. in the direction Battery Park, turnaround at the World Trade Center site. Next stop, Bahamas.
