Since we left Yangon, no opportunity for a jog except on the treadmill! However, a great day of beach zodiac landings on Saturday.

- I'm a musician and long time recreational runner, working in the cruise ship industry. In the course of my travels, I have the opportunity to run in many of the coastal cities of the world. I currently use the Nike Pegasus 29 as a training shoe and the Air Zoom Racer, and use the Garmin Forerunner 405 GPS watch to log my runs. It can pick up a GPS signal in the remotest corner of the world.
